Artificial Intelligence in HR: Sailet's Experience at Banks & Business Expo/Forum 2025

Maxim Belyakov, founder of Sailet, spoke at the international forum Banks & Business Expo/Forum 2025 in Tashkent.

From April 16 to 18, an International Forum and Exhibition Banks & Business Expo/Forum 2025 was held in Tashkent. It is the largest event for discussing the future of financial technologies in Central Asia. One of the participants was Maxim Belyakov — founder and CEO of Kazakhstani IT company Sailet specializing in business process digitalization and software development for companies.

At the panel session dedicated to implementing Artificial Intelligence and Digital Transformation in banking and entrepreneurial environments, Maxim Belyakov shared Sailet’s unique experience in using AI in Human Resources. Currently, AI addresses important tasks related to hiring, training, and personnel development.

Sailet's participation in such a significant event not only strengthened its image as one of the leaders in digital transformation in the region but also became a step towards expanding international cooperation. Company representatives met with fintech companies, banks, and investors from Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Azerbaijan, and the UAE, which opened new horizons for partnerships and scaling up Sailet solutions.
